Hi Folks,
The regular quarterly Board of Directors Meeting will be held on this Thursday, April 29 at 10 AM in Pinckney Hall. In addition to the normal committee reports, their will be two key items of business:
1. The policy regarding registration of golf carts will be amended to remove reference to the required location for the registration sticker, to stipulate that these stickers do not have expiration dates, to specify that any citations against the golf cart will apply to the registrant and to specify that homeowners will have 30 days in which to register the cart. The exact language for this proposal is posted in Pinckney Hall for your review. If you wish to speak for or against these changes, you may sign up to do so just before the board meeting is convened.
2. A general update of the Amenity Program will be presented. The presentation will include changes that have already been made as well changes that were proposed by the resident board members for the developer's consideration.
