Board Update #144 [2006/06/16]

 

Good afternoon,

 

The Sun City Hilton Head Community Association Board of Directors held an organizational meeting on Thursday, June 15, 2007 at Pinckney Hall.

• The meeting was called to order at 10 am

• Board members present:

Resident Board Members

Bob Hooper

Al Reuben

Jo Stephey

Developer Representatives

Richard Espinoza, Pulte VP Construction

Glenda Morgan, Pulte VP Sales

• Board members absent:

Jon Cherry, Pulte Division VP Operations

Jim Mauck, Pulte VP Finance

• The only item on the agenda was the election of officers for the coming year. The result of that election was:

•  Al Reuben, President

•  Bob Hooper, Vice President

•  Jo Stephey, Secretary

•  Jim Mauck, Treasurer

• There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

• The floor was held open for questions from residents - there were none
