[Ed: It has recently come to light that there is also an exemption covering re-entry of a vendor in connection with re-delivery of damaged product. I am waiting for the exact language. Obviously it doesn't really mean what I just stated. I would have said, "delivery of a replacement for a damaged product." That is clearly the sense. In the mean time, call the gate if you have this situation.]

* if in connection with a resident's moving in or out; otherwise not exempt.

Additionally, the following, though not exempt in the formal sense, are not charged for the obvious reason:

Vehicles with Purple Decals (Employees)
Vehicles with Yellow Decals (Residents)

[Ed: the listing of decal colors below is out of date and will be corrected shortly.]

Vehicles with Yellow or Orange Decals (Pulte Trades)
Vehicles with Red Decals (Commercial Vendors)
