Things You Should Know

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Robert G. Mahnke, CMCA, LSM, PCAM to the position of Vice President and Executive Director of the Sun City Hilton Head Community Association.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Bob has amassed more than 30 years experience managing large properties and community associations.  His career has taken him from Illinois to Florida and finally to Georgia, where he served for 8 years as General Manager/Chief Operating Officer of the Landings Association on Skidaway Island in Savannah.  With much experience working with communities fully transitioned to resident control, Bob will be a tremendous asset in helping the SCHH Community Association to move from significant developer participation to full resident governance over the next several years.

Bob and his wife Jeanne currently reside at The Landings.  They have three grown children and six grandchildren, who followed Mom and Dad to the Southeast and live in Georgia and Alabama .
