The Annual Membership Meeting of

Sun City Hilton Head Community Association, Inc.

will be held

Wednesday, November 10, 2004
in Pinckney Hall
10 a.m. to 12 noon

Since the 2005 budget and the 5-year plan were approved at the October Board meeting, the only action item will be approval of Revenue Ruling 70-604 Election, which deals with how the "Excess Membership Income" is handled for the year 2004.  The remainder of the meeting will be in the format of a Town Hall meeting with plenty of time for a question and answer session. 

The meeting will be broadcast live on Channel 50, with re-broadcasts planned for  November 22, 23, 25, and 26 at 6:00 p.m.
