AL REUBEN, BOB HOOPER, AND JO STEPHEY
Many
residents have written to the Resident Board Members regarding concerns about
a possible new model home site. We have discussed the issue with the
developer and have learned that Pulte is considering a number of sites for a
new model park, one of which includes the area of
Sun City Lane
near the current
Sales
Center
. No decisions have yet been
made regarding the location of a new model park.
Please
note that the developer further advised "that the staking and surveying
that was done was only a preliminary measure to see if there is even room
for a model park" at the
Sun City Lane
location. "It in
no way means that a decision has already been made, because it hasn't."
We
share your concerns, and will continue the dialogue with the developer.
We will keep you posted.
