I've been advised by our Land Development department/Rob Smith that scheduled road repairs for Stratford, Hampton, and Riverbend are being extended into the October-November time frame.  Webb has also advised that they will extend the warranty out to whatever time meets the completion of work.  The backup is occurring due to the scope of work in Argent I.  The good news is that completed work appears to be of high and long-lasting quality.  I have advised the respective neighborhood reps accordingly.
