Where is Argent Park going to be?

The recent article in The Island Packet was possibly misleading as to location of Argent Park. It is roughly 10 miles from Hardeeville, in a generally east north east direction. It is on the northwest side of SR 141 (the road behind Walmart). The property begins about 1 mile from the intersection of 141 and 278 and ends adjacent to the Cherry Point Fire Station, which is about 1/2 mile from the intersection of 141 and 170.

Note, in particular, that the graphic published in The Island Packet seems to point to property known to us as Argent II, which is still owned by Pulte and is under consideration for development by Pulte. The end of the pointer is probably accurately placed within the Argent Park property. The graphic is not drawn to scale. For example, the shape of 278 is distorted.
